Check In policy

All Reservations with 100% advance payment are 100% guaranteed & confirmed.

Reservations with 50% advance payment are partially confirmed, however it is required that the remaining 50% shall be deposited 10 days before arrival date.

Reservations not following points 1 or 2 will be considered tentative confirmation and the hotel reserved the right to release the booking without any notice and refund.

All guests will have to show the Photo Identity Proof at the time of checking in as per govt. rules & regulations.

The room tariff is Nett and non-commissionable. The Government taxes levies as applicable from time to time.

Pets: For the comfort & safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted.

Smoking: Smoking in some rooms is permitted. Please request a smoking room at time of booking to ensure availability for your stay. Child below 6 years will be complimentary without an extra Bed and child above 6 year will be considered as extra person in the room inclusive of extra Mattress.

Cancellation policy: More than 10 days before check in date: 30% of the total cost will be charged. Between 6 days to 9 days: 50% of the total cost will be charged. 5 Days before check in date or No Show: 100% of the total cost will be charged. (Failure to arrive is considered a No Show. No show without intimation will not only lead to 100% charges but also will release the reservation.) Bookings made less than 10 days before check in date are 100% non-refundable. The Rooms will be retained for the guests as per reservation till 18:00 hrs or 6 hrs from the hotel check in time, whichever is earlier, after which the no show clause will be applied. In case of No show: Total Room Bill for the total number of days and rooms booked will be forfeited.
